We make super cows that produce enormus quantities of milk.there is no reason why we can't make super humans with giant and complex brains that are smarter than anyone currently living. And there's no reason why we can't make humans resistent to diseases like cancer either.
The first generation fo cross breeding will not create super humans, but the second and 3rd crosses can be geniuses, and beyond that is where the real fun begins.
