Why'd they reintroduce the escape rope as a key item in a game where there are no dungeons or caves? im pretty sure there's only 1 maybe 2 places you can actually use it and even in both areas they're so small and linear that a quick escape isn't necessary. I could never believe the rumors and theories about gen 8 initially being 3ds games cause they're more linear than the other 3d games and it honestly feels like a downgrade in comparison to X and Y or sun and moon.
