This one should have been first. I think leading with Deco*27 was a mistake and people have dropped off from listening to a lot of the better Project Voltage ones that came out after.
My top faves so far aside from this one are from Inabakumori and PinocchioP. Machiomiii's Mudkip and Pelipper song gets a special soulful shoutout even though it's just a piano version of Litleroot. The cute story that's not focused on shillmon makes it feel very personal.
